Tammy Wright brings more than 33 years of experience in the financial services industry to her role as Senior Relationship Manager. She has worked alongside Lisa Jones for the past ten years at Prime Capital Financial, where she is dedicated to providing exceptional client service and fostering strong relationships. Prior to joining Prime Capital Financial, Tammy spent 14 years in consumer banking and nine years in investment banking, a field she considers her true professional niche.

Known for her personable nature and commitment to helping others, Tammy believes that teamwork and dedication are the foundation of outstanding client service. “I am a people person and I really enjoy helping others,” she says. “Here at Prime Capital Financial, it’s about teamwork and dedication in serving our clients. I love what I’m doing, and working with Lisa over the last 10 years has helped me grow both professionally and personally.”

A fifth-generation resident of a small community located 30 miles east of Springfield, Tammy remains deeply connected to her roots.

Outside of work, Tammy enjoys treasure hunting in antique stores, flea markets, and thrift shops, embracing the belief that “one person’s junk is another person’s treasure.” She also enjoys traveling to support her son, Kallun, as he competes in United States Strongman competitions across the country.
