As an investment advisor representative with almost 30 years of industry experience, Lisa Jones has had the great privilege of guiding her clients through some of the most exciting and some of the most difficult challenges in their lives.

In order to help lead clients to success in reaching their retirement goals, reducing debt, putting children and/or grandchildren through college, or saving for that dream vacation, Lisa strives for excellence in the guidance and advice she offers. Her work has touched countless people through the years. “I get to change the lives of my clients, their children and their grandchildren. Not many people get to say that. It’s one of my favorite things about my career,” she says.

Lisa provides professional financial consulting services to individuals as well as to corporate America, charitable institutions and religious organizations. Her personalized plans take into account the many pieces comprising her clients’ finances, and the holistic process Lisa uses to help her clients is a lot like putting together a puzzle—all of the pieces have to fit and work together.

Along with the team at Prime Capital Investment Advisors, Lisa provides financial planning, retirement planning, wealth management, estate planning consulting and more. For business owners and organizations, she handles 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans as well as other business services to help owners, executives and employees achieve their financial and retirement goals.

Lisa thoroughly enjoys the educational aspect of what she does, and she is an effective public speaker and trainer who presents workshops on various financial topics to corporations, health systems, churches and other organizations. “Financial wellness is key, and I want people to understand exactly what that means. My goal is to help people take charge of their financial lives,” she says.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University and holds FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 securities registrations. Additionally, she is licensed to offer life insurance, disability and long-term care insurance. Providing fiduciary advice—advice in the best interest of the client—is extremely important to her, and she holds Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) as well as Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist℠ (CRPS®) designations.

Lisa is married with two grown daughters. Both live nearby in the Springfield area; her youngest daughter is attending college studying elementary education, while her oldest is married and busy raising a young family. Lisa has two young grandsons and a granddaughter due in July.

In addition to spending time with their daughters and grandchildren, Lisa and her husband can be found enjoying activities with their local church, attending live music events or fishing.  “I love to fish, especially the kind of fishing where the fish fight hard,” Lisa says. Lisa enjoys fishing for trout in local lakes and streams around Springfield and also goes deep sea fishing whenever she gets the opportunity.
